A little sampler I did one day after visiting Starbucks. Something about that really skinny woman with the platinum hair and black leather pants ordering a Skinny Vanilla No-Foam-Decaf-To-Go. It gave me a moment of existential angst. I’m a solid full-strength-French-Roast kind of person. If I’m going to dress it up I’ll add an inch of whipped cream and enjoy myself. While reading Rilke and getting a better understanding of poetry through caffeine. There will be more on coffee soon. I’m living in Coffee Town, where self-medication is a way of life.
